The traditional and tasty croquetas or croquettes are a specialty of the Sevillian kitchen and they can be done of different tastes such “pringá” of stew, ox tail, different mushrooms (seasonal), spinach or as far as your imagination can go.

I a small fried bread-crumbed made out béchamel containing main ingredients. The croquette is usually shaped into an oval shape, and then deep-fried.
