The Sevillian Ensaladilla, consists basically in a potatoes salad with mayonnaise and some variants as, tuna, prawns, peas…. This Tapa got a lot of varieties so it will surprise in every bar in which you ask for it. This fresh, light and varied Tapa comes from the high bourgeois kitchen of the XIXth century. Few ones are the palates that can resist to this authentic and very traditional Tapa. For some locals (Sevillanos) this is one of the covers to ask to be able to value the quality of the bar or restaurant.
