Espinacas con Garbanzos, (chick-peas with spinach) is a marvelous vegetarian friendly stew of the Sevillian traditional kitchen. With sefardíes origins, the simple spinachs, chick-peas and species included paprika get together learnedly to offer us one of the most emblematic covers of the city.

It is considered traditionally a part of the typical tapeo of the spring days of Holy Week.
