Because the city is not hilly and we have nice weather and well-organized cycle paths, Seville is considered a top city for bicycle riding. It is a wonderful way to discover the city.

First of all, prepare some snacks and drinks (picnic) to start.

Start your tour at Torre del Oro then go south through Paseo de las Delicias until El Costurero de la Reina on the corner with Maria Luisa Avenue.

perfect bike tour

Then continue south to the Plaza de America, through the Maria Luisa park, take your time to go around, enjoy and relax this French style park. After that, exit at the east side to find the Plaza de España. Return along the paseo de las Delicias and go north to the Puente de la Cartuja (small bridge) and cross it, on the other side of the river you find the Monasterio de la Cartuja. Then look for a ramp for the entrance to the American Botanic Gardens, continue north and you find Los Jardines del Guadalquivir. Find the north exit of the Jardines del Guadalquivir and find your way across the Barqueta bridge, after you cross it go down the ramp on the left side to the path along the river and continue north to the Huevo de Colon. Go back a little to find a small pedestrian bridge to cross the river again to the Alamillo Park, the biggest park in Seville. It is time to relax and have your picnic before it is too late and then start your way back.
