He travels round the history of Seville across two of its most emblematic buildings: The Cathedral of Seville and the Citadel. The first one was raised on a mosque that was built by order of the caliph Abu Yacub Jusuf from the year 1172 up to 1198. When king Fernando III reconquers Seville in 1248, it turns the Almohad mosque into Christian cathedral but without altering its architectural structure. The Citadel for his part, is marked by the diversity of cultures and legacies that these have left in the city. It is an incomparable pleasure to walk along its paths of orange trees and myrtles that transport us to another epoch. It discovers the finished history of these two monuments in a route that will not make you indifferent.
