3 hour hands-on Spanish cooking class consisting in 4 course menu: cold soup, entree, main dish and dessert. Classes are taught by a professionally trained chef in English.
We are located inside Triana Food Market, we are one of few kitchen schools of the world located inside a traditional market of supplies, where the best fresh and seasonal ingredients/products.
Also, our place is loaded with history, along with the Guadalquivir in its crossing with the bridge of Elizabeth II (one of the most journeyed points of the city), with impressive conference and door of access to the Triana quarter.
During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.
Menu to cook:
- Salmorejo (chilled tomato and bread purée) or Gazpacho (in summer time)
- Spinach with chickpeas
- Light dessert
All materials and ingredients are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during the class and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or beer).
All of our recipes can be adapted to any dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!
